What a day!

I went to the eye doctor this morning and then I was not able to see for hours and hours after they dilated my eyes. The good part is I do not have to go back for a year.

Our neighbor was busy attempting to kill armadillos as we went to the eye doctor. Guyk and the neighbor are going to make a joint effort to make them go away.

We stopped by the vegetable market on the way home from the doctors office. Between the two of us we could not remember that we needed lettuce. We discovered the watermelon we bought was bad after we got home.

My mentor has informed me that I must check all my links for accuracy once I have posted my blog. He is going to show me how.

This blog is turning into work, but I love learning new things.

Here's hoping for a better day tomorrow.

Definitely definitely, definitely check your links, because that'll ensure that peeps, once they read your comment (if you've commented on their blogs), then they can trace you back to your blog (more hits! Makes the SiteMeter happy!), unless of course you'd prefer to remain anonymous, but what fun is that?

Wow, Sweetthing, you've really taken to blogging and you're doing such a great job.

Wonderful blog. I know about those eye exams, I'm so messed up afterward that I can't drive for hours, shades don't begin to address the misery. Those links are a pesky thing even after verifying them they can give unpredictable results. I use an offline HTML editor to compile most of my blog content before posting. I can't spell nor do I have good grammar skills, this freeware saves my bacon, but most of all I get good link verification.

it is work, coming up with a post everyday or writing them a week ahead in Word takes time. Plus you have to click and visit everyone in your links list to see what they are up to.
Welcome to Blogging 101.

Thanks Erica, I needed that pat on the back, and coming from you, it means a lot. You have a wonderful sense of humor. Thanks again.

Thanks for the advise, Jack. I will keep that in mind for the future. Thanks for your pat on the back.

Thanks, Jeff. Come on down to Florida and we will fry you some catfish for lunch.

Thanks Rex. Most of the time it seems that Guyk just does his blog with ease. But he has been writing for years. This is my first time at attempting to write. I love the encouragement. It really helps. Thanks again.
