Tasmanian Devil

The Tasmanian Devil AKA Sassie's Little Sister, the poodle, is back. Her leg seems to be fine now. She runs through the house again at 90 miles an hour. And she is back to being a pain in the ass.

The weather has been beautiful. Cool in the morning and very pleasant all day. The best time in Florida is this time of year.

My sister has lived in the same apartment for about 4 years. When she calls me her name and number appear on my TV screen. A few days ago and again today a person called with the same area code as my sister but with another name showing on the screen. I did not recognize the name the other day so I did not answer the phone. When the phone rang today, I still didn't answer it because I didn't recognize the name. But Guyk answered the phone. I couldn't believe it was my sister. I thought maybe she was calling from a friend's house. My sister stated that person that came up on my TV screen used to have this same number. My sister stated bill collectors called for this person a great deal right after she moved into this new apartment. My sister is going to call and complain to the phone company next week. She is hoping she can find a live person at the phone company but I doubt she will.

Computers don't make errors right? Right!

I've lived in my house and had the samr number for 8 years and I still get lots of bill collector and sales calls for the last people to have the number.

I get nastier and nastier everytime they call.

I get pissed at telemarketers so I usually don't answer the phone unless I know who it is..I thought I recognized the name on this one and answered it..

When my kids called from Canada, I always knew it was them because their name and number came up on the television. Then the Telus phone company asked me if I wanted to "block" their name and number for them for privacy sake. It was only $5.00 a month so I did, but now I can't tell who is calling and I have to answer the phone. Most of the time it is Direct TV wanting to sell me more programming, or Jeep wanting to sell me more warranty, and on, and on.....

I'm so glad Little Sister has recovered without any lasting ill effects.
