Imp they won't really be a fence but the sorta kinda fence. A fence requires so much money. And then you have to weed-eat and mow both inside and out. I really hate it when people let their dogs do their business in my yard.
Those will look really nice as they fill in. I like your elephant ear, too. Nice specimen. I'd like to try growing some of the black mixed with the green. I saw someone's garden once who had both colors of elephant ears and it was very striking. Problem here is I have to dig them up and replant each year, kind of a pain.
The last thing I would label myself would be sweet, but since my husband calls me sweetthing on his blog, what can a girl do. I AM 65+, pessimistic by nature, trust no one. I believe every good deed will be punished. My husband is retired military, grumpy, and must be watched to insure he takes his meds.

Very nice.
Reminds me I have some shrub trimming to do :)
That looks really nice. I hope they grow to y'alls satisfaction and will make a good "fence" for ya!
Hammer, I'll be glad when all we have to do is trimming rather than planting. Thanks.

Nancy, I'm glad your listening. Being Diabetic can be scary if you let down your guard.
Rocky, this is our first experience with the elephant ears. I like them. They freeze in the winter but they come back in the spring. Thanks
